Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing telehealth team. This is a part-time role focused on delivering high-quality mental health care via virtual appointments. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients, providing both new and follow-up care in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telehealth psychiatric evaluations and follow-up appointments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (in alignment with WAC 246-341 requirements)
- Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with Washington state regulations and minor consent laws (RCW 70.02)
- Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records within our streamlined, HIPAA-compliant EHR
- Collaborate with our operations team other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Current Washington State PMHNP license (Active and Unencumbered)
- Board Certification (PMHNP-BC) from the ANCC required
- Active DEA registration with Washington prescriptive authority
- Telehealth experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
