Position Summary

JLC Services, Inc. is seeking a Florida-licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive medical and behavioral health support to our patient population. The ideal candidate is collaborative, patient-centered, and experienced in mental health, addiction medicine, or integrative wellness care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical and mental health evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clinical team
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment and wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EMR
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and leadership to ensure coordinated care
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and organizational policies

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Board certification as NP or PA
• Minimum 1–2 years clinical experience preferred
• Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or primary care strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms (if applicable)

Preferred Experience

• Military/Veteran or First Responder populations
• Medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
• PTSD, anxiety, depression treatment
• Telehealth service delivery

Pay: $110,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
