Clinical scope:

• Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) — men’s health
• Ketamine-assisted therapy — mental wellness (sublingual/troche, at-home protocols)
• Synchronous video consults + asynchronous chart reviews/renewals

Requirements:

• Active NP license (FNP, AGNP, or PMHNP) in 10+ full practice authority states
• Active DEA registrations in licensed states
• Independent prescribing authority for Schedule III controlled substances
• 2+ years telehealth prescribing experience
• Current occurrence-based malpractice insurance

Compensation:

• Per-consult: competitive rates based on visit type
• Volume uncapped — scale based on your availability
