Remote Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview

Excel Medical is seeking a highly motivated and skilled full-time Nurse Practitioner to expand our virtual care team. In this role, you’ll focus on providing specialized Hormone Replacement Therapy, men’s health, and women’s health services to our growing patient base.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations via phone, video, or asynchronously, depending on state telemedicine regulations.
• Utilize our custom EMR to evaluate patient records, diagnose conditions, and prescribe medications.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle recommendations.
• Adhere to best practices and company-specific policies for diagnosis and treatment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries related to their treatment.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient services.
• Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and cultural competence in all patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certification.
• Active and unencumbered DEA license.
• Computer and access to reliable internet.
• Competent computer skills.
• Ability to respond to patients quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Motivation to contribute to our vision of building the best healthcare team.
• Travel may be required based on location.
• Experience in HRT is a plus, but not required.

• Three state licenses
