Overview

Role: Behavior Technician responsible for providing one-to-one behavioral intervention services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral conditions.

Key Duties:

  • Implement behavioral programs and assist with daily activities including communication, social skills, self-help, and crisis intervention.
  • Support clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
  • Collect and document behavior data aligned with the Behavior Support Plan.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED; experience working with individuals with special needs preferred.
  • At least one year of experience with challenging behaviors; CPI certification or RBT certification preferred.
  • Passion for working with individuals with disabilities; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
