Remote Nurse Practitioner

The Judge Group is looking for nurse practitioners to perform in-home health risk assessments in the county of your choice with one of the largest healthcare providers in the United States.

• Compensation: Highly competitive – weekly W-2 pay
• Location: County of your choice in the United States
• Contract: Ongoing (No end date)
• Schedule: 100% create your own part-time or full-time schedule

Overview:

During approximately one-hour in-home visits, nurse practitioners will conduct comprehensive health assessments. This includes reviewing medical history, medication adherence, and completing a physical examination while observing the member’s overall condition.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home health risk assessments
• Physical examination, medication review, checking vitals, health education, depression screening, and other general follow-up assessments
• Document required information accurately in EMR system
• Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a nurse practitioner preferred
• Will consider new grads
• Board certified by the AANP, ANCC or the AACCN in an approved specialty
• Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification

• Family
• Adult-Gerontology Primary Care
• Adult-Gerontology Acute Care
