Cordova Health Collective is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team as a 1099 independent contractor.

This is a flexible, make-your-own-schedule opportunity for an NP who values clinical autonomy, thoughtful patient care, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient consultations and follow-up visits
• Review comprehensive lab results, health histories, medications, and patient goals
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans within scope of practice
• Provide clinical care and ongoing monitoring for patients utilizing GLP-1 medications
• Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, potential side effects, and appropriate follow-up
• Collaborate with registered dietitians, fitness professionals, and clinical leadership to support coordinated patient care
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Contribute clinical insight as Cordova continues to develop and expand its services

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in NV in good standing
• Experience in primary care, metabolic health, endocrinology, or a related area preferred
• Experience and comfort working with GLP-1 medications strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of biomarker interpretation and evidence-based clinical care
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to practice independently while collaborating effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing thoughtful, inclusive, and patient-centered care
