Position Overview

Perlman Clinic is seeking an experienced Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing virtual specialty care team. This is a 100% remote position providing endocrinology services through our HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform.

We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality endocrine care and enjoy the flexibility of virtual practice.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with endocrine disorders through telemedicine visits
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as appropriate
  • Collaborate with primary care providers and other members of the healthcare team
  • Provide patient education regarding disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the electronic health record
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local healthcare regulations

QualificationsRequired

  • Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in California
  • Minimum of 2 years of endocrinology experience (preferred)
  • Experience managing conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, adrenal disorders, and other endocrine conditions
  • Strong telemedicine and patient communication skills
  • Ability to practice independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of and adherence to federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
