Remote Family Nurse Practitioner – New York

Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner – New York (Remote)
Duration: 6 plus month with possible extension
Location: Fully Remote, Remote

Pay Range: $74- $78.00/hr

= FNP#1: Must have NY License
Additional licenses preferred – GA, NC, SC, PA, VA, WV, NJ, CT, WI, ND, SD

FULL TIME – 12pm-11pm
3 days one week – 4 days the next week
Includes every other weekend
One minor holiday
2 major holidays (reduced shift to 5 hours)

The Telehealth Nurse Practitioner delivers patient care services through a remote technology platform. You will work in collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals as you independently provide holistic, evidenced based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients ranging in age 18 months and above.

Encounters are documented utilizing an electronic health record (EHR). Telehealth providers report directly to the Enterprise Initiative Lead.
