Remote Nurse Practitioner

Join the care team delivering prescribed creative engagement for chronic pain management. Practice under your own NPI; the platform and Companion team handle the daily lift.

What you’ll do

• Conduct initial clinical evaluations and plans of care via telehealth
• Establish medical necessity for MSK / chronic pain monitoring
• Order and oversee Remote Therapeutic Monitoring
• Periodically review patient PROM trends and respond to platform escalations
• Hold clinical calls for escalations and plan-of-care updates
• Direct CoachFlow Companions on outreach and engagement
• Chart review, co-signatures, and episode re-evaluations

How the model works

Most patient interaction is handled by the platform and care team. Live calls are reserved for clinical escalations. Your typical touchpoint is periodic chart review and escalation response — not daily patient management. You set your own schedule.

Who we’re looking for

• Active NP license; FPA states and collaborative-agreement states both welcome
• Comfort with telehealth-only, async-first care
• Active malpractice coverage
• Experience with chronic pain, MSK, or behavioral health populations a plus
• Medicare-enrolled NPI preferred — we handle reassignment paperwork

What we handle

Medicare enrollment, NPI reassignment, all credentialing paperwork. Daily patient engagement is handled by the platform and Companion team. Your scope is clinical evaluation, oversight, and escalation response.
