100% Remote | Flexible Schedule

The Judge Group is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to provide virtual preventative and primary care services for Medicare patients through a telehealth platform. This is an excellent opportunity for providers looking for a flexible, remote position while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Position Details

• 100% Remote (must reside in the U.S.)
• Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week
• Provider must supply their own equipment and meet technical requirements

Schedule Availability

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET
• Sunday: Closed

Required Licensure

Candidates must hold active NP licenses in three or more of the following states:

• Mississippi (MS)
• Louisiana (LA)
• Illinois (IL)
• Georgia (GA)
• South Carolina (SC)

Responsibilities

• Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and virtual E/M visits
• Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up consultations
• Manage chronic conditions and support remote patient monitoring
• Assess patient conditions and review medications
• Provide evidence-based care recommendations through phone and video visits
• Help close care gaps and improve patient outcomes
• Build strong patient relationships through effective communication
• Accurately document encounters within the EHR
• Maintain compliance with telehealth and CMS requirements
• Participate in remote training sessions and workflow updates

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license(s)
• Licensed in at least three of the required states listed above
• Experience providing preventative and/or primary care
• Previous telehealth experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
• Comfortable conducting both phone and video consultations
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Ability to meet scheduling requirements
• Candidates with a history of malpractice settlements are not eligible for this opportunity

• Minimum 100 Mbps download speed
• Minimum 50 Mbps upload speed
• Hardwired ethernet connection required

• Wired headset required (no built-in microphones)
• Webcam required for video visits
• Google Chrome browser
• Second monitor highly recommended
