Role overview

Join a pioneering telehealth team providing very low-dose ketamine therapy to patients with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. You will conduct remote video consultations, assess eligibility, and manage treatment plans using AI-assisted workflows. What you will do

Conduct clinical video consultations to assess patient eligibility for very low-dose ketamine therapy for mental health conditions.
Prescribe and manage treatment protocols while educating patients on safety, efficacy, and expectations in a telehealth environment.

Who this is a fit for

Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner with an active DEA and preferably multi-state licenses in CA, FL, NY, TX, or across the MA/MI/WA/IL/CO/AZ cluster.
