Remote Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Georgia

Rome Spine & Wellness is seeking a Georgia-licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is primarily work from home/telemedicine and will focus on patient evaluation and management and executive physical services.

Responsibilities

 Perform patient Evaluation & Management (E/M) visits.

 Conduct and document executive physical evaluations.

 Review patient history, symptoms, medications, and relevant diagnostic information.

 Develop appropriate assessments and treatment recommendations.

 Complete accurate and timely medical documentation.

 Coordinate with the clinical team when follow-up or in-office services are appropriate.

 Maintain HIPAA and professional documentation standards.

Qualifications

 Active Georgia Nurse Practitioner license.

 Appropriate prescribing and credentialing privileges as required for the role.

 Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

 Comfortable providing telemedicine and remote patient care.

 Experience with E/M services and preventive or executive physicals preferred.

Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
