Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in Electrophysiology to join our growing clinical team. This position is fully REMOTE.
This role is ideal for a provider who is confident managing chronic cardiovascular conditions, comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient setting, and capable of independent clinical decision-making while collaborating with cardiologists as needed.
What You’ll Do
Core Clinical Responsibilities
- Manage a panel of outpatient cardiology patients across the continuum of care
- Diagnose and treat common cardiovascular conditions, including:
- Hypertension
- Hyperlipidemia
- Coronary artery disease
- Heart failure (HFpEF and stable HFrEF)
- Atrial fibrillation and other arrhythmias
- Perform comprehensive cardiovascular assessments and develop treatment plans
Medication Management
- Initiate and titrate cardiac medications, including:
- Monitor labs and adjust treatment plans based on patient response
Diagnostics & Interpretation
- Interpret and act on:
- EKGs
- Echocardiogram reports
- Stress test results
- Holter and event monitor findings
- Use clinical judgment to determine next steps in care
Patient Care & Coordination
- Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and lifestyle changes
- Coordinate care with cardiologists and subspecialties (EP, interventional, imaging)
- Identify when escalation or specialist intervention is needed
Workflow & Volume
- Manage a daily patient load of approximately 10-12 patients per day
- Manage inbox workflow
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Active NP license
- 3+ years of direct outpatient cardiology experience
- Strong experience managing chronic cardiovascular conditions independently
- Comfort with cardiac medication management and titration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-volume outpatient cardiology clinic
- Experience working collaboratively with cardiologists while maintaining autonomy
What This Role Is NOT
- This is not an inpatient-only role
- This role requires independent patient management, not observation or support-only experience

Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
