Remote Nurse Practitioner (Telehealth / Multi-State) – Weight Management Startup – NJ, PA, Compact

Overview:
We’re building a national platform focused on improving surgical outcomes and patient health in orthopedic and physical therapy settings. A key part of our model includes optimizing higher BMI patients, including those on GLP-1 medications, before and after surgery.

We’re looking for a sharp, reliable Nurse Practitioner to help us build and scale this offering.

This is an early-stage, part-time role with significant upside as we grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct telehealth visits for patients (primarily orthopedic / PT populations)
• Prescribe and manage GLP-1 medications where appropriate
• Help design and refine clinical workflows and protocols
• Support expansion into additional states over time
• Collaborate directly with the founder on clinical and operational decisions

Requirements:

• Active NP license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania (required)
• Licensed in multiple additional states (15+ preferred)
• Comfortable prescribing GLP-1 and HRT medications (or willing to ramp quickly)
• Strong communication skills (patients + internal team)
• Comfortable in a startup / fast-moving environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience in weight management, metabolic health, or telehealth
• Familiarity with orthopedic or physical therapy patient populations
• Interest in helping build and scale a new clinical offering

Compensation:

• Base monthly or hourly compensation
• Flexible structure based on experience

We will cover licensing costs for additional states as we expand.
