Role Description

The Nurse Practitioner (Telemedicine) provides high-quality virtual care to patients, conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing evidence-based treatment plans using telehealth platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, coordinating care with physicians and other clinicians, and documenting encounters in the electronic medical record. The role involves patient education on health management, follow-up care, and preventive practices, with a strong focus on clear communication and patient safety. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bellevue, WA, supporting telemedicine services delivered to patients within the Great Falls Hospital network.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Washington (e.g., FNP, AGNP, or equivalent).
• Experience providing patient-centered care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up in outpatient or telehealth settings.
• Proficiency with telemedicine platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and basic medical technologies used for remote patient monitoring.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities in a virtual care environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, educate patients, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and patient safety standards.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to evolving workflows and technologies.
