Remote Nurse Practitioner – VA, CA, SC

Cerium Medical is a concierge telehealth medical practice specializing in hormone optimization, medically assisted weight loss, peptide health, and longevity-focused wellness. We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality virtual care to patients across the United States.

This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, evidence-based medicine, and delivering a premium patient experience in a telehealth setting.

We have an immediate need for practitioners with DEAs in Virginia, California and South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth consultations via video and phone
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients for:
• Hormone replacement therapy (male and female)
• Medical weight loss programs
• Sexual health and performance optimization
• Preventive and wellness-focused care
• Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations and collaborative agreements
• Review labs and diagnostic results; develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and lifestyle optimization
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)
• Collaborate with Cerium Medical’s medical leadership and clinical support team
• Adhere to all HIPAA, telehealth, and state-specific compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
• National NP certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as an NP (telehealth experience preferred)
• Experience or strong interest in:
• Hormone replacement therapy
• Medical weight loss (GLP-1s, metabolic optimization)
• Men’s and women’s health
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proficient with EMRs and telehealth platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in concierge, telehealth, or cash-based medicine
• Familiarity with hormone optimization protocols and peptide medicine
• Multi-state licensure
• Sales-aware clinical mindset with a strong focus on patient outcomes and retention
