Nurse Practitioner – Telehealth Consults for Weight Management & Peptide Program

Concierge Nurse Services | 1099 Independent Contractor | Remote / Telehealth

Concierge Nurse Services is a Seattle based, growing concierge healthcare and wellness company expanding our medically supervised weight management and peptide therapy services. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team on an as-needed, contracted basis to provide telehealth consultations, medication ordering and ongoing support for eligible clients.

This role is ideal for an NP who is looking for a flexible side opportunity with a growing company, rather than traditional part-time or full-time employment.

Position Overview

The Nurse Practitioner will primarily conduct telehealth consultations for clients participating in our medically supervised weight management and peptide programs. This includes reviewing client history, evaluating eligibility, discussing treatment options, prescribing when clinically appropriate, and providing medical guidance within the program.

Current services include:

• GLP-1 medical weight management consultations
• Peptide therapy consultations
• Medication ordering and prescription management when appropriate
• Basic client follow-up and clinical guidance related to the prescribed program

In the future, Concierge Nurse Services may expand into additional services such as point-of-care testing and other wellness-based clinical offerings. At this time, this role will focus specifically on GLP-1 and peptide therapy programs.

Schedule & Flexibility

This is an as-needed telehealth position with no set schedule. Consult requests will be sent to the NP as client needs arise, and the NP may complete consultations at a time that works best for their schedule.

There are:

• No scheduled hours
• No guaranteed number of patients per month
• No part-time or full-time hour commitment
• No requirement to accept every consult request

This position is best suited for someone looking for a flexible supplemental income opportunity with a growing concierge healthcare company.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

Compensation includes:

• $175 per completed consultation
• 15% of the monthly program fee paid by each active client

Because this is a 1099 contractor role, Concierge Nurse Services does not withhold taxes and does not provide traditional employee benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, sick time, or retirement benefits.

Training & Support

The selected Nurse Practitioner will receive training on Concierge Nurse Services’ program structure, workflows, protocols, documentation expectations, pharmacy coordination process, and client communication standards.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner who is confident, professional, clinically thoughtful, and comfortable working independently in a telehealth setting.

Preferred experience includes:

• Functional medicine, integrative medicine, or wellness medicine background
• Experience with GLP-1 medications and medical weight management
• Knowledge of peptide therapy, peptide uses, and prescribing considerations
• Comfort reviewing labs and client health histories
• Strong communication skills and a warm, client-centered approach
• Ability to follow established protocols while using sound clinical judgment

Requirements

• Active WA Nurse Practitioner license in good standing (and willing to obtain Arizona license upon hire)
• Ability to provide telehealth consultations including fast and reliable internet connection.
• Prescriptive authority
• Comfortable interpreting lab results and reviewing with patients
• Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
• Reliable communication and timely documentation

Concierge Nurse Services provides private-pay, concierge nursing and wellness services to clients in the comfort of their homes and through select telehealth offerings. Our team is expanding our medically supervised wellness programs, including GLP-1 weight management and peptide therapy, and we are looking for a provider who is excited to grow with us.

Concierge Nurse Services offers services in both Washington, Utah and Arizona

Pay: $1.00 – $175.00 per hour

Application Question(s):

• As a nurse practitioner with Concierge Nurse Services, you will be seeing and prescribing for patients located in Washington and Arizona so an active license is required in both states (priority being WA). In this role, you will be consulting with patients on an as needed basis. When a consult is needed, you will be contacted and the timing of the consult will be coordinated with you.
