Responsibilities:
- Provide telemedicine consultations and care to patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff via text to address patient needs, medical concerns, and treatment plans.
- Review and manage patient charts, medications, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Respond promptly to on-call requests and provide timely medical advice and support.
Qualifications:
- Licensed as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C).
- Licensing in Washington State and New Mexico.
- Excellent written communication skills are essential.
- Experience in telemedicine and remote care preferred.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in text-based communication.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
- Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Shifts:
- Available for12-hour awake on-call shifts.
- Saturday and Sunday schedule
