Role Overview

Seeking Pediatric Nurses to contribute frontline clinical expertise to healthcare evaluation projects focused on patient safety, clinical accuracy, and evidence-based pediatric care.

What You Will Be Doing

• Review and evaluate clinical outputs across pediatric care scenarios
• Validate medical accuracy, safety standards, and guideline alignment
• Structure and annotate pediatric patient cases for clinical review workflows
• Provide expert feedback on diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and care planning
• Identify inconsistencies, gaps, and potential risks within generated responses

Who We Are Looking For

• Registered Nurses with strong pediatric clinical experience across hospital, PICU, NICU, or outpatient settings
• Professionals with deep knowledge of pediatric care standards and clinical protocols
• Individuals with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Candidates with excellent written communication and independent work capabilities
• Exposure to clinical education, healthcare technology, or structured review processes is highly valued

Role Details

Compensation: $55-$65/hr

Work style: Fully remote and flexible

Duration: Ongoing engagement based on project needs
