We’re looking for experienced PMHNP’s licensed in Arizona to join our clinical team in a telehealth role to support partner treatment centers and clinical operations.

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to support patients virtually at an addiction treatment center in Arizona. This role is fully remote and requires telehealth and on-call responsibilities to ensure consistent psychiatric and primary care support for individuals undergoing treatment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a substance use disorder and mental health treatment environment, collaborating with clinical staff, and providing medication management, psychiatric evaluations, history & physicals, etc. across the full continuum of a patient’s recovery process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and/or history & physical assessments for patients entering stabilization programs
• Provide medication management, including MAT protocols when appropriate
• Develop and oversee treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical and medical team
• Perform follow-up visits and medication adjustments
• Participate in telehealth coverage for remote consultations
• Provide on-call psychiatric support as scheduled
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and medical providers to support patient recovery

Qualifications

• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP or FNP)
• Active Arizona license and prescriptive authority
• Credentialed with AHCCCS
• DEA registration required
• Experience in addiction medicine, or behavioral health preferred
• Ability to work via telehealth
• Strong clinical judgment and team collaboration skills
• Dual Certified
