What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct assessments of medical services to validate their appropriateness using established criteria and guidelines
• Examine and evaluate patient records to verify the quality of care and necessity of services provided
• Offer clinical expertise and serve as a reference for non-clinical staff
• Input and manage essential clinical details within various medical management platforms
• Communicate effectively with management teams, physicians, and the Medical Director to foster high-quality patient care

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Unrestricted LVN/RN license from an accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• At least 1 year of previous experience in Utilization Management
• Proficient in written and spoken communication
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
