The Role
We’re looking for experienced registered nurses who are fluent in Mandarin to evaluate AI-driven patient interactions. You’ll draw on your real-world bedside experience to assess simulated conversations for medical accuracy, safety, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and bias. This is task-based, remote work — you set your own schedule, typically averaging 1–5 hours per week.
What You’ll Do
Review and score AI-generated patient interactions in Mandarin, flagging issues related to clinical safety, tone, cultural nuance, and completeness. Your frontline perspective directly shapes how AI behaves with real patients.
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of bedside nursing experience with a diverse patient population
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Access to a smartphone or tablet
