RN – Utilization Review Nurse | 3+ Years of Experience | Remote in IL | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a RN – Utilization Review Nurse with 3+ Years of Experience to support a Healthcare Payor Client based out of IL. This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity.

MUST BE LOCAL TO: IL
START DATE: ASAP
HOURS/SCHEDULE: M-F 8am-5pm CST
WORKER TYPE: W-2

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active & Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of IL
  • RN working in the insurance or managed care industry using medically accepted criteria to validate the medical necessity and appropriateness of the treatment plan.
  • Utilization experience, familiar with MCG and ASAM criteria.
  • Clinical experience – prefer inpatient hospital experience / ER
