We specialize in proactive and preventative care, providing services in hormone health, medical weight management, sexual wellness, longevity medicine, diagnostic testing, and nutritional supplements. Our clinical approach emphasizes personalized treatment plans, evidence-based care, and long-term health optimization.

We are currently seeking experienced Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs), Medical Doctors (MDs), and Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (DOs) with a passion for functional medicine, hormone optimization, and patient education. Providers will play a key role in delivering high-quality virtual care focused on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapies, and sustainable weight management solutions.

Schedule & Availability

• Flexible scheduling
• 8-hour shifts
• Minimum commitment of 20+ hours per week

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Experience managing hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for both male and female patients
• Strong clinical background in medical weight management
• Functional or holistic approach to patient care and health optimization
• Previous telehealth experience preferred
• Active DEA license required
• Ability to maintain a dependable and consistent work schedule, excluding approved time off
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Positive, adaptable, and patient-centered approach to care
• Authorized to work remotely within the United States

Licensure Requirements

• Active, unrestricted medical licenses in 10 or more U.S. states
• Current and active DEA registration

Compensation

• Nurse Practitioners (FNP): Starting at $70 per hour
• Physicians (MD/DO): Starting at $120 per hour
