UpskillAI is seeking a qualified Nurse Planner to lead the process of obtaining and maintaining continuing education (CE) accreditation across multiple educational applications and programs for both RNs and possibly Pre-Hospital. This role will also provide clinical review and advisory support to the development team to ensure educational content meets regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the designated Nurse Planner for UpskillAI in accordance with accrediting body requirements.
- Lead the preparation, submission, and maintenance of continuing education applications for multiple programs.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with CE accreditation standards and documentation requirements.
- Review educational materials, training plans, and related documentation for clinical accuracy and compliance.
- Provide subject matter guidance to the product and development teams as needed.
- Maintain organized records to support audits and reaccreditation processes.
- Stay current on accreditation standards, regulatory updates, and best practices in continuing nursing education.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN license required.
- Experience/familiarity with CE credits, ideally with the Connecticut Nurses Association, and with CAPCE (preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of continuing education accreditation processes and compliance standards.
- Experience reviewing educational content and training materials for clinical accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in nursing (MSN or higher).
- Experience working with digital education platforms or healthcare technology organizations.
Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
