ReformHRT is looking for a dependable, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner / APRN to join our growing telehealth practice.

This is a flexible part-time opportunity with a manageable workload, strong administrative support, and the ability to create your own schedule. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long term — not someone looking for a temporary position.

We are especially interested in providers who already hold licenses in multiple states or are willing to obtain additional licenses as ReformHRT expands.

About the Position

Our practice focuses on men’s and women’s hormone health, including:

TRT • HRT • GLP-1 Weight Management • Peptide Therapies • Sexual Health • Metabolic & Preventative Wellness

You will conduct telehealth consultations, review labs and medical histories, determine appropriate treatment options, prescribe when clinically appropriate and legally permitted, and provide ongoing patient follow-up.

We want a provider who is clinically confident, easy to work with, responsive, and comfortable making independent decisions while following established clinical protocols.

Experience with TRT, women’s hormone therapy, GLP-1 medications, peptides, telehealth, or hormone-related lab interpretation is strongly preferred — but you do not need to be an expert in every area.

We have experienced providers and established protocols available to help train and bring the right person up to speed.

Licensure & Controlled Substances

Because testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance, candidates with existing DEA registration and controlled-substance prescribing capability are strongly preferred.

We are particularly interested in providers who:

• Hold active NP/APRN licenses in states outside Florida and Virginia
• Hold licenses in multiple states
• Can prescribe testosterone where appropriately licensed and registered
• Have an active DEA registration
• Are willing to obtain additional state licenses and/or DEA registrations as we expand

We are not specifically looking for a Florida- or Virginia-only provider. This role is intended to help ReformHRT expand into additional states.

Responsibilities

You will primarily be responsible for conducting telehealth consultations, reviewing laboratory results, developing treatment plans, prescribing when clinically appropriate, educating patients, completing follow-ups, and documenting care in our EMR.

Our administrative team handles much of the scheduling, patient communication, pharmacy coordination, and non-clinical workflow so you can focus on patient care.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a licensed NP/APRN with strong clinical judgment, good communication skills, and an interest in hormone and metabolic medicine.

Previous experience with male TRT, women’s HRT, GLP-1 medications, peptides, telehealth, compounded medications, or hormone-related laboratory interpretation is preferred.

Most importantly, we want someone who is dependable, professional, responsive, and interested in becoming a long-term part of ReformHRT as we grow.

We are not looking for someone simply to sign prescriptions. We want a provider who takes patient care seriously, understands the clinical picture, and wants to build a lasting relationship with the practice.

This role is designed to be easy to integrate into an existing schedule. You choose your availability, and patient consultations can be scheduled around the hours you provide.

As ReformHRT grows, there may be opportunities for increased patient volume, additional state licensing, and a larger role within the organization.
