The Opportunity

We’re seeking experienced, multi-state licensed Nurse Practitioners to join our growing telehealth team. In this role, you’ll deliver virtual consults, interpret advanced lab panels, and collaborate with members on precision-based care plans that may include hormone therapy, peptides, supplements, and lifestyle interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual visits focused on metabolic health, hormone optimization, and functional lab review
• Analyze biomarker data and develop tailored, evidence-informed care plans with the support of our clinical leadership and AI tools
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including health coaches and supervising physicians
• Prescribe and manage interventions such as HRT/TRT, peptide therapy, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations
• Maintain accurate, thorough and compliant documentation across multiple state guidelines
• Monitor member progress via asynchronous communication channels and wearable health data
• Stay current on emerging protocols, state-specific telehealth regulations, and advances in functional and longevity medicine

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner in 10+ states (20+ highly preferred, with preference given for the following states: AZ, CA, FL, TN, TX, and WA)
• DEA licensure in one or more states
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
• At least 2 years of clinical practice post-NP licensure
• Demonstrated strong experience in one or more of the following areas: Functional or integrative medicine, Hormone replacement therapy (HRT/TRT), Peptide therapy, Men’s or women’s health, Longevity and regenerative medicine
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms, digital EMRs, and asynchronous care delivery
• A patient-centered philosophy grounded in education, prevention, and empowerment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or certification in functional or integrative medicine
• Experience with wearable devices, remote patient monitoring, and AI-enabled care delivery
• Familiarity with compounding pharmacies or integrative treatment planning
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC)
