Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Telehealth
Medcare Telehealth is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to provide high-quality healthcare services to Medicare patients through telehealth.
Pay: $65/hour
Job Type: Contract
Workplace: 100% Remote – Candidates can be located anywhere
Mandatory Requirements
Candidates must meet BOTH requirements:
- Active Alaska NP/APRN License
- Active Medicare Enrollment in Alaska
You do not need to live in Alaska. Candidates can be located anywhere, provided they hold an active Alaska NP/APRN license and are Medicare enrolled in Alaska.
Applicants who do not meet both mandatory requirements will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) via telehealth
- Conduct Evaluation & Management (E/M) visits
- Provide and support Community Health Integration (CHI) services
- Coordinate patient care with case workers
- Review patient health information and identify appropriate care needs
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Deliver professional, patient-centered telehealth care
Additional Requirements
- Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs)
- Experience conducting E/M visits
- Experience with Community Health Integration (CHI)
- Experience working with case workers
- Comfortable providing healthcare services through telehealth
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
