KM Collaborative is a growing, multicultural outpatient behavioral health group practice seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our team as a part-time, independent contractor (1099) on a fee-for-service basis.

Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Provide medication management and follow-up care
- Assess and treat ADHD and other psychiatric conditions
- Develop and monitor treatment plans
- Collaborate with KM therapists when clinically appropriate
- Complete timely, insurance-compliant documentation
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts APRN/NP license
- PMHNP-BC required
- Massachusetts prescriptive authority and DEA registration, as applicable
- Independent prescriptive authority strongly preferred
- Outpatient psychiatric and telehealth experience preferred
- ADHD assessment and treatment experience preferred
Insurance Credentialing – Strongly Preferred
Candidates currently credentialed with both commercial insurance plans AND MassHealth are strongly preferred.
Ideal candidates are already credentialed with multiple Massachusetts payers, including BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UHC/Optum, Harvard Pilgrim/Tufts, and MassHealth.
Applicants should be prepared to provide a current list of insurance networks with which they are credentialed and be willing to complete any necessary enrollment or group affiliation requirements with KM Collaborative.
Pay: From $73.00 per hour
