Our model is grounded in the neurobiology of antidepressant discontinuation and hyperbolic tapering, co-developed by our co-founder Dr. Mark Horowitz, one of the world’s leading researchers in psychiatric deprescribing. We use gradual, individualized tapering strategies that reflect how these medications actually interact with the brain, minimizing withdrawal and supporting transitions that last.

We were founded by clinicians, researchers, and people with lived experience of long-term psychiatric medication use. We’re building a new standard for responsible psychiatric care, and we’re looking for clinicians who believe that standard is long overdue. Is that you?

You’re a fit if you

• Hold an active PMHNP certification with licensure in Texas. We are also always hiring for licensure in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Utah, Washington, or Tennessee.
• Have at least one year of post-certification clinical experience
• Are genuinely curious about the neurobiology of psychiatric medications and open to unlearning parts of your training to develop the philosophical alignment to our deprescribing practice
• Are comfortable managing your own schedule in a fully remote environment
• Have ever wondered why so few patients are ever supported in coming off their medications
