We are a psychiatric clinic in Minnesota committed to expanding access to high-quality mental health care. As we grow our patient base, we are looking for a licensed Nurse Practitioner with psychiatric experience to join our team — and critically, to be listed on our clinic’s licenses as a provider of record.

Why This Role Matters

Minnesota requires licensed providers to be named on clinic operating licenses. This NP will be listed on our clinic’s licenses, making this one of the most important hires we will make. We need someone who is reliable, professionally clean, and committed to growing with us long-term.

The Opportunity

This role starts part-time and grows to full-time as our patient panel expands. You’ll have the chance to be a foundational member of our clinic — shaping how we deliver care from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Be listed as a provider on our clinic’s Minnesota licenses
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up appointments
• Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team
• Maintain compliance with all Minnesota licensing and practice requirements
• Participate in care coordination and documentation

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Minnesota — required
• Experience in psychiatry, mental health, or behavioral health — required
• Psychiatric-Mental Health NP (PMHNP) certification — strongly preferred
• Clean professional record with no disciplinary actions or license restrictions — required
• Comfortable being named on clinic licensing documentation
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Malpractice/liability insurance (or willingness to obtain prior to start)

Pay: $62.00 – $70.00 per hour
