Remote Health Coach (RN, APRN, PA-C)

Hundred Health is a modern telehealth platform helping people optimize their health through advanced diagnostics. Our proprietary technology generates a personalized wellness protocol from each member’s results and your job is to review it, make sure it makes sense for that member, and guide them through it. You’ll focus on protocol review, member education, supplement guidance, and flagging when additional lab work makes sense.

What You’ll Do

• Asynchronous reviews: Review system-generated protocols against member biomarker results, confirm or refine recommendations, and add brief personalized notes
• Recommend next steps: Flag when follow-up or additional lab testing would be valuable
• Close the loop: Share member feedback and clinical insights with our internal team to help us improve protocols, content, and product

Who You Are

• Deep working knowledge of lab and biomarker interpretation (metabolic, hormonal, cardiovascular, inflammatory, and nutrient markers)
• Strong foundation in nutrition and evidence-based supplementation
• Comfortable with technology and virtual care platforms
• Self-directed and reliable in a flexible, remote environment

Backgrounds We Welcome

We’re open to a range of credentials and experience, including:

• Registered Nurses (RN)
• Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA)
• Registered Dietitians (RD/RDN) and credentialed nutritionists (CNS, CCN)
• Certified health coaches (NBC-HWC preferred)
• Functional, integrative, holistic, or lifestyle medicine practitioners

What matters most: you can confidently interpret comprehensive lab panels and translate them into protocols real people can follow.

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
