Role Overview

As our new PMHNP, you’ll take on a practice with nearly 100 patients who are well-integrated into care and seeking continuity. With this setup, you’ll have the chance to provide high-quality psychiatric and mental health services without the hassle of startup costs, extensive administrative work, or hidden fees.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide Comprehensive Care: Conduct assessments, diagnose, and manage a range of psychiatric and mental health conditions, from mood disorders to anxiety and beyond.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with patients to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and support their mental wellness journey.
• Medication Management: Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Patient Follow-ups: Engage in regular check-ins with your patients, ensuring continuity of care and supporting long-term mental health goals.
• Manage Practice Operations: Take advantage of the streamlined, low-overhead practice setup, focusing on clinical care while maintaining simple, cost-effective operations.

You’re a Strong Fit If You Have:

• A current, valid PMHNP certification and an active state license
• Clinical experience in psychiatric/mental health settings, preferably with a robust understanding of outpatient care
• A patient-centered approach, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and compassionately, managing patient caseloads with a high level of professionalism
• An entrepreneurial mindset, eager to grow and evolve this well-established practice
