Aspire Health is looking for an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) with psychiatric experience to join our growing telehealth practice.
This is a part-time, fully remote position for a provider who lives in Nebraska or Iowa. The position will focus on outpatient mental health care for adults with conditions such as anxiety and depression.
What you’ll do
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits via telehealth
- Diagnose and manage common outpatient mental health conditions
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
- Monitor treatment response and side effects
- Provide patient education and ongoing support
- Complete timely, accurate documentation
- Collaborate with the Aspire Health clinical team as needed
We’re looking for someone who
- Is a PMHNP or PA-C with at least 2 years of psychiatric experience
- Currently lives in Nebraska or Iowa
- Is licensed, or eligible for licensure, in Nebraska and/or Iowa
- Has experience treating anxiety, depression, and other common outpatient psychiatric conditions in adults
- Is comfortable working independently in a telehealth setting
- Is dependable, organized, responsive, and comfortable with technology
- Has a dedicated, professional home workspace
