Remote Telehealth Nurse Practitioner Autonomous – VA & FL

Job Title: Autonomous Nurse Practitioner (Telehealth)

We are seeking experienced and self-motivated Advanced Practice Providers to join our telehealth team. Preferable provider types include Adult Nurse Practitioners, Family Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP), and Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNS) with prescriptive authority. This position requires an autonomous practice designation on license in Virginia.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and prescribe medications
• Conduct virtual patient assessment
• Oversee weight loss medication management
• Provide patient education and support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

• Active license as Adult NP, Family NP, PMHNP, or CNS with prescriptive authority and autonomous designation on license (VA & FL as required);
• Autonomous practice license required- MUST BE DISPLAYED ON YOUR LICENSE
• Virginia license required, others a plus
• Experience in telehealth preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
