NostressMd is a growing asynchronous telemedicine platform and wellness portal looking for Texas-licensed Nurse Practitioner contractors to perform store-and-forward medical intake evaluations for our Texas consumer traffic.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENT (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):

Because NostressMd operates as a lean, decentralized digital marketplace, we are NOT sponsoring, matching, or paying for collaborative physicians at this launch stage. To be considered for this role, you MUST currently maintain your own pre-existing, portable, or independent prescriptive authority agreement with a Texas-licensed physician that legally permits you to engage in outside 1099 telemedicine consulting and non-controlled electronic prescribing.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities):

– Intake Evaluations: Efficiently review comprehensive, patient-submitted health histories, symptoms, and clinical metrics via our streamlined secure telemedicine dashboard queue.

– Independent Clinical Judgment: Assess case histories to identify potential contraindications. You retain 100% authority to approve treatment, deny care, or request additional patient information.

– Treatment Routing: For cases deemed safe and medically appropriate, electronically authorize non-controlled prescriptions or holistic supplement plans via our integrated master API networks (MDToolbox / Fullscript).

– Flexible Response Cushion: Complete pending asynchronous chart reviews within a flexible two (2) hour response window from the moment an intake profile populates in your log. Active clinical charting and transmission take under 4 minutes per file.
